This morning we went to the Babyshow and concluded we shall never be going to one again - ever!

The Afternoon Session

Joshua and Sophie went to a gardening session at the Children's Centre. Joshua planted a few herbs and seeds with a 'little' help from Mummy.

DAY 48

Joshua went to a cookery session today at the Children's Centre. There they got to do some collage with dried foods, see what a food looks like raw and cooked, taste and smell herbs, fruits and vegetables. The most exciting bit though was that he got to make his own pizza on a crumpet. We were meant to put it in the oven when he got home, but he ate it raw with some encouragement from Uncle Johnny who came to visit late afternoon.

HAPPY VAENTINE'S DAY
Becky, Simon and Peter all looked after Joshua for the day so Taro and I could catch up on some sleep and have some time to ourselves. We had a pub lunch, which we hadn't done in a while and in the evening Peter slept over at Becky's and Taro and I had a lovely homemade meal.

Joshua and I were painting today, so I made him a collage painting and added all his favourite bugs.

Unfinished Journey.
I started this before Joshua was born but never got a chance to finish it. I got it out today for him to see and he really liked it even unfinished, so it's now on his bedroom wall.

Star Craft.
Joshua's favourite thing to do lately is crafts - painting, colouring with crayons, glueing, sticking and everything related.

We received a package very well protected by all the polystyrene, which is now all over the house!

My little bro arrived yesterday and will be staying at ours until he gets a job and a place (or baby Russell is born).

Happy Birthday to me!!! I baked myself a cake and celebrated with my brother Peter who arrived from Brazil today.
